Fees

Individual Psychotherapy - $105.00 per 50-minute session

Group Psychotherapy - $50.00 per 90-minute session (payable at the beginning of each month for that month)

Insurance accepted:

Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO

Family Medical Network (includes some BCBS HMO Illinois plans)

For BCBS PPO:  Benefits vary from one BCBS plan to the next.  To learn what kind of mental health (often called “behavioral health”) benefits are included in your plan, call the BCBS Customer Service number on the back of your card and ask the following questions:

• Are my mental health benefits available to me now?
• Do I have a deductible and how much is it?
• Is there a set number of sessions available to me per year?
• What is my co-pay fee for psychotherapy session?  (It’s not necessarily the same as your doctor’s visit co-pay.)
